Voting Guidelines
To help ensure balanced representation across the downtown community, each individual stakeholder is permitted one vote in the DBBA Board Election, regardless of the number of businesses or properties owned within the district.
Voters may select up to 5 candidates for the 5 open board seats. The 5 candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to the DBBA Board of Directors.
