Downtown Bend Oktoberfest — Brewery & Beverage Partners

Sunday, September 27 | 12–4 PM

Downtown Bend Oktoberfest is bringing breweries, cideries, kombucha makers and other beverage partners into participating downtown businesses for an afternoon of local pours, food, activities and Oktoberfest fun.

Guests will purchase an official Oktoberfest mug and use the event map to explore participating locations throughout downtown.

Interested in pouring at the event? We’d love to have you join us.

How It Works

1. Tell Us You Want to Participate

Submit your brewery or beverage information and let us know what you’d like to pour.

2. Get Matched With a Downtown Business

Already have a downtown business partner? Great — tell us who.

Need a location? DBBA will work to connect participating beverage partners with downtown businesses looking to host a pour.

3. Coordinate Your Event Setup

Once matched, you’ll coordinate event-day details with your host business and DBBA, including setup, staffing and what you’ll be pouring.

4. Pour + Meet Oktoberfest Guests

Guests will purchase an official Oktoberfest cup, then use the event map to explore downtown and visit participating locations. Beverage partners will pour directly into the official event cups, creating a fun, connected experience as guests make their way through downtown.

Who Can Participate?

We’re looking for:

  • Breweries

  • Cideries

  • Kombucha makers

  • Non-alcoholic beverage producers

  • Other local beverage makers that fit the Oktoberfest experience

Event Promotion

DBBA will promote Downtown Bend Oktoberfest leading up to the event, including participating businesses and beverage partners.

Guests will be directed to an official Oktoberfest map showing where to find participating pours, food specials, activities and promotions throughout downtown.

What You'll Need to Provide

This section is important because it prevents confusion later.

I’d include something along the lines of:

Participating beverage partners should be prepared to provide:

  • Product for the event

  • A representative to staff your location, if required

  • Any specialized pouring or serving equipment you need

  • Product information for event promotion

  • Setup details and space requirements

  • Any required licenses, permits or documentation applicable to your participation

Important Alcohol Service Information

Serving alcohol at Oktoberfest will require compliance with all applicable OLCC requirements. Specific permitting, service and host-location requirements will be shared with participating breweries before the event.

Ready to Join Us?

Bring your pours to Downtown Bend Oktoberfest.

Submit your brewery or beverage information and let us know whether you already have a downtown host or would like DBBA to help make a match.
