2021 EID Scope of Work

For the last decade +, the EID funds have not covered the core services that are offered by our organization.  We have always had the ability to fundraise to cover these differences.  However, due to the inability to hold fundraising events due to COVID19, we now find ourselves unable to cover the remaining cost to provide our services.  Therefore, we are asking the City of Bend to award us $30,000 annually so that we can continue offering our core services.  If the City is unwilling to do this, we will have to reduce our scope of work, and remove those programs and services previously paid for by fundraising dollars, like flower baskets in the EID.
