Thin Lizzy Athletics offers boutique fitness training and nutrition management in Bend, Oregon. We combine strength training, cardio interval training and yoga to provide our clients with an ideal workout experience. Thin Lizzy workouts are tailored to your personal fitness goals and can be done in your home or office, in a private studio, or outdoors. We offer private and partner training packages, as well as all inclusive weight loss and nutrition packages, or for those who thrive in a group setting we have a variety of classes!
Getting started is easy; just contact us for your free consultation. During the one-hour consultation we will look at your goals, and do a simple fitness assessment. Once you've decided Thin Lizzy Athletics is a good fit, you'll have the option of paying per session with no financial commitment, or purchasing one of several training packages.
