The Broker Network opened our first office in the height of the recession in 2008, a time when most real estate offices and lending institutions were closing their doors or consolidating. We saw an opportunity to help homeowners at a time when 1 out of 4 homes across the US were worth less than was owed to the bank. We gained valuable experience negotiating short sales, foreclosures and assisting homeowners in an effort to perform loan modifications. Through these experiences we have gained the contacts, knowledge and experience necessary in order to successfully help any homeowner when it comes to selling your home, even if it is a short sale. We also work with a number of investors. Anytime you are looking at an investment property, whether you want to pick up a fixer, rehab a property, acquire rental properties, or purchase apartment buildings, we feel that there is much you can gain from our perspective.
