HDCM Opening Night!
We are thrilled to welcome back the CATGUT TRIO for Opening Night this season. This will be their third appearance in the HDCM Series, and as usual, will introduce the audience to new and exciting works, many of which are not widely known. They will be joined by special guest pianist Robert Thies, who was recently in Central Oregon performing with the Central Oregon Symphony. Robert is a Gold Medal Winner of the International Prokofiev Competition in Russia, and the Los Angeles Times describes him as “a pianist of unerring warm-toned refinement, revealing judicious glimmers of power.” More information about Robert can be found on his website.
