Crescendo Bendo at the Tower Theatre will be a fun, unique, high-profile event that encapsulates all that Cascade School of Music strives to bring to Central Oregon. In its sixth year this event has been a tremendous success: the students love it, their teachers love it and it serves to bring together the musical community in a new and valuable way. The event attracts over 1500 attendees and 400 performers.

The goal is to celebrate the musical achievements of our aspiring musicians and reward their dedication and hard work with a chance to perform on the Tower Theatre’s prestigious and professional stage. It also elevates the profile of the school and strengthens the greater musical community. In addition to our students, we also provide performance opportunities for students of Oregon Music Teacher Association members and other private music teacher.

This year’s schedule includes four concerts featuring Cascade School of Music students and instructors:

• 3 pm Guitar and School of Rock Concert
• 4 pm Kids’ Keyboard Concert
• 6 pm Strings Concert
• 7 pm Evening Show featuring adult Jazz singers, the Desert Sage String Orchestra and Speed Limit Ensemble – special spirit tasting from Oregon Spirit Distillers and appetizers from local restaurants.
